A small, skittering silver creature, resembling a rat, sniffs in your direction, then, with lightning speed, heads towards your spellcasters

It is perhaps fortunate that only thirteen Dream Eaters were created by the gnome Izefanezuligah, and at least two have been destroyed. Dream Eaters cannot breed. They were initially created to destroy a powerful oracle that was proving a threat to Izefanezuligah.

Combat

A Dream Eater has one purpose. Attack spellcasters. It will attack nonspellcasters only to defend itself, and once the spellcasters have been neutralized, a Dream Eater will return to Limbo.
Psychic Bite: The most feared attack of the Dream Eater is its psychic bite. When it pinpoints its target, it’s psychic bite attacks the targets primary spellcasting stat.
SpellLike Abilities: A Dream Eater uses it’s ability to detect magic and psionics to determine its prey.
Undetectable: While a Dream Eater is fully visible to the naked eye, it cannot be detected by any magical means. Spells such as locate creature and scrying do not reveal the whereabouts of a Dream Eater, and it does not trip wards or alarm spells.
